Meet the Guys behind the Fries

You deserve an event your guests actually remember. Not just the food. The whole feeling. The kind where someone walks up to you mid-bite and says, "who did you get for this?"

That's exactly what we built the truck to do.

We're Brandon and James Littleton, two brothers from Nashville. In 2020, we tried to open a restaurant. The bank said no. COVID hit. So we emptied every couch cushion, every piggy bank, and bought a food truck instead.

Day 1: one order. From our mom.
Day 2: two orders. From our mom and dad.
Day 4: a stranger pulled up. That was it.

01   What does the booking process actually look like, start to finish?

Fill out the application on this page and tell us about your event. We review it and reach out within one business day to set up a short call. On the call we confirm your details, walk through the menu options, and give you a real number. If it is a fit, you get a contract, a deposit invoice, and one direct contact who stays with your event from there. No handoffs, no automated emails, no wondering if anyone actually got your message.

02   What does it cost? Just tell us.

Most events start around $18 per person with a 50-person minimum. The total depends on your guest count, service hours, and any add-ons. We share a full price breakdown on your discovery call. No mystery invoices.

03   Can y'all handle dietary stuff?

Yes. Every menu includes vegetarian options. We have gluten-free and vegan builds, and we take allergy flags seriously. Just tell us what you're working with during the application and we'll make sure everyone eats well.

04   Where in Nashville do you go?

All of Nashville and the surrounding areas. Midtown, Brentwood, Franklin, all over. If you're further out, fill out the form anyway. Tell us where. We'll see what we can make work.

05   How early do I actually need to book this?

Honest answer: 4 to 6 weeks is the sweet spot. We've saved events with 72-hour notice and we'd do it again. But your date selection and menu options are way better when you're not in crisis mode. Earlier is always easier.

06   What happens if something goes wrong day-of?

In 6 years of events we have never been a no-show. Not once. But if something truly catastrophic happened, we have a backup network and a refund policy that doesn't make you cry. We back every booking with our 100% Worry Free Guarantee.
